This Privacy Policy explains how Ziepick collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal data when you use Ziepick’s website, mobile app, WhatsApp booking, phone calls, email, or other services.


By creating an account, booking a service, or otherwise using Ziepick, you agree that your data may be processed as described in this policy. Where applicable law requires consent, we will seek your consent separately and let you withdraw it at any time.

1. Who this policy is for

This policy applies to

  •  Customers who browse, book, or rate services on Ziepick. 
  •  Service vendors / professionals who receive leads, bookings, or settlement details through Ziepick. 
  •  Visitors who contact Ziepick via chat, email, phone, WhatsApp, or support forms.


2. What personal data we collect

Depending on how you use Ziepick, we may collect:

  •  Identity data: your name, profile photo, and gender, if you provide it. 
  •  Contact data: mobile number, email, service address, billing address, city, PIN code, and landmark. 
  •  Account data: login details, saved preferences, service history, favorite categories, and communication settings. 
  •  Booking and transaction data: service type, scheduled time, booking ID, invoice, order history, cancellation or refund status. 
  •  Payment‑related data: payment‑method metadata, UPI or bank references, and payment gateway logs (we do not store your full card or bank credentials unless required by a specific payment flow). 
  •  Device and technical data: IP address, device ID, app version, browser type, OS, cookies, usage logs, and crash reports. 
  •  Location data: current or saved service location, if you enable location access. 
  •  Communication and support data: call logs, chat messages, WhatsApp content, support tickets, complaints, and feedback. 
  •  Vendor data: for service partners, this may include business name & proof , GST, bank details, service categories, work area, Govt id proof image and performance metrics. 


We will not collect or store sensitive information (such as health, biometrics unless required by law or for a specific service, and only with your explicit consent.


3. Why we use your data

We use your data for specific, lawful purposes, including:

  •  To create, manage, and secure your Ziepick account. 
  •  To let you search, book, track, reschedule, or cancel services. 
  •  To assign your request to the right service vendor based on location, skills, and availability. 
  •  To process payments, refunds, service charges, and invoices. 
  •  To send booking confirmations, OTPs, reminders, service updates, and support messages. 
  •  To personalize your experience (saved addresses, preferred vendors, service recommendations). 
  •  To collect ratings, reviews, and feedback to improve service quality. 
  •  To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, or unsafe behavior. 
  •  To run promotions, referral programs, or loyalty offers where you have consented. 
  •  To comply with legal, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.


We will not use your data in ways that are unrelated to these purposes.


4. How we collect your data

We collect data in several ways:

  •  Directly from you: when you register, book, pay, upload documents, chat with support, leave feedback, or submit a form.

  •  From third‑party partners: payment gateways, OTP/SMS services, CRM, live‑chat, and location/maps providers.

We share personal data only where it is necessary, lawful, and proportionate, with:

  •  Service vendors / professionals who need to fulfill your booking (they receive only essential details such as time, service location, and contact information). 
  •  Payment gateways and banks to process payments, refunds, and fraud checks. 
  •  IT and support vendors (cloud hosting, analytics, CRM, live‑chat, call‑masking or voice‑routing, email/SMS, WhatsApp, and maps services). 
  •  Regulators, courts, or law‑enforcement agencies when required by law. 
  •  Our group companies or successors in case of merger, restructuring, or business transfer, under appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.


6. Cookies and tracking tools

Ziepick may use cookies, pixels, and SDKs to:

  •  Measure traffic and understand how you use the app or website.

  •  Saved service addresses to make booking faster and more accurate. 
  •  Location data to help vendors reach your service location.

You can disable location permissions in your device settings at any time. Disabling location may reduce the accuracy or convenience of location‑based features.


8. Reviews, chats, and support

We may store:

  • Your ratings, review text, and feedback to improve service quality and transparency. 
  •  Chat messages, WhatsApp content, and support tickets to resolve issues and maintain records.


Calls may be routed through masking or support systems for security and dispute‑handling, where permitted by law. These systems help protect your number and ensure traceability for customer‑safety purposes.


9. Data retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • To provide services, enforce our terms, resolve disputes, and respond to support. 
  • To comply with legal, tax, accounting, or audit obligations.
